The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph ref. 26470BA.OO.1000BA.01 is one of the most commanding precious-metal interpretations of the Offshore collection. Crafted extensively from 18k yellow gold, the watch features the signature 42 mm octagonal case, matching yellow-gold bezel secured by eight exposed screws and a fully integrated 18k yellow gold bracelet.

Its distinctive blue Méga Tapisserie dial provides a dramatic contrast to the yellow-gold construction, while three matching gold-toned chronograph counters create the recognizable “reverse panda” aesthetic. Applied Arabic numerals and Royal Oak hands feature luminous material, while the date aperture is positioned at 3 o'clock.

Inside beats the automatic Audemars Piguet caliber 3126/3840, combining the manufacture 3120 base movement with a chronograph module. The movement operates at 21,600 vibrations per hour and is visible through the sapphire exhibition case back. Its combination of considerable weight, integrated gold bracelet and unmistakable Offshore proportions explains the collector nickname “The Brick.”
