Exchanges

We do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Customers may withdraw from the contract and request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.

This does not apply to personalized or custom-made items, which are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds (on Exchanges Only)

If an item is returned and an exchange is not possible, a refund may be issued:
