The 40.5 mm platinum case, with its smooth lines and impeccable polish, exudes a discreet yet substantial presence on the wrist. The silver opaline dial showcases Patek Philippe’s mastery of balance and legibility, featuring three apertures for day, date, and month at the top, a power reserve indicator below 12 o’clock, and a monocounter subdial at 6 o’clock combining both 12-hour and 30-minute chronograph registers. Applied white-gold hour markers and leaf-shaped hands enhance clarity, while the sapphire-crystal caseback reveals the beautifully finished Caliber CH 28-520 IRM QA 24H, complete with a 21K gold central rotor.
