Terms and Conditions of Sale

Introduction

Dear Customer, we kindly ask you to carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter also referred to as "TCS") before purchasing products on the website www.costantiniwatches.com.

These TCS govern the distance selling of products available in the catalog on the website www.costantiniwatches.com (hereinafter also referred to as the "Website") by CC TIME SRL.

The company will hereinafter be referred to as "CC TIME".

Distance sales refer to purchase requests sent by the website visitor (hereinafter also referred to as the "Customer") to CC TIME SRL via the Website.
The Customer must review and accept these TCS before submitting a purchase request. The TCS will always be available on the Website.

The TCS apply equally to private consumers and business clients but do not cover purchases made at the physical store located at Via Veneto 177-179. Sales are reserved for customers over the age of 18. Minors must be represented by a parent or legal guardian to submit purchase requests.

All product images on the Website represent the final products available for purchase. However, slight variations in size or color may occur due to photographic techniques or device display settings. CC TIME strives to provide accurate descriptions but does not guarantee the total absence of errors.

Before completing the purchase, the Customer must declare they have reviewed the provided information and accept these TCS by clicking the appropriate checkbox. Without this acceptance, the purchase cannot proceed.

CC TIME reserves the right to modify the TCS at any time. Updates will be published on the Website and apply to orders placed after the publication date.

 

Online Orders

On the Website, Customers can order products available or obtainable within a short timeframe. Submitted orders constitute a contractual proposal and are subject to confirmation by CC TIME.

The process is finalized as follows:

  1. The Customer submits a purchase request.
  2. CC TIME explicitly accepts the request via a confirmation email detailing the price, delivery times, and shipping conditions.

Product availability may vary since online sales are coordinated with in-store sales. If a product is unavailable, CC TIME will notify the Customer and propose an alternative or issue a refund.

 

Purchase Procedure

To purchase products, the Customer must register on the Website and follow the indicated steps.
The submitted order is considered a contractual proposal. CC TIME will send an acknowledgment email, which does not constitute final acceptance.
The sales contract is concluded upon CC TIME’s acceptance email, which will include:

  • TCS
  • Delivery times
  • Transportation costs and conditions
  • Final price

Payment must be made within 2 business days of receiving the confirmation. Failure to pay will result in order cancellation.

 

Prices and Payment Methods

  • Prices on the Website are in euros and exclude VAT, shipping costs, and potential customs duties.
  • If a price is erroneously more than 10% lower than the market value, CC TIME reserves the right to propose a corrected price or cancel the order.
  • Payments must be made via bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipments are handled by specialized couriers (e.g., Ferrari SPA, Malca Amit) with insurance for the total value.
  • Customers may pick up products at the operational office by prior arrangement.
  • Shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
  • Delivery is made to the address provided and only to the identified person or an authorized representative.

Upon receipt, the Customer must check the package’s integrity. In case of damage, the Customer must sign with a reservation to enable product replacement or repair.

 

Legal Warranty

  • CC TIME offers a legal warranty for conformity defects:
    • 24 months for new products,
    • 12 months for used products.
  • The warranty applies only to consumers, not professionals.
  • Conformity defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.

 

CC TIME Warranty

  • Watches sold by CC TIME are verified for authenticity and functionality.
  • The warranty covers mechanical damages for 12 months.
  • Exclusions: physical damages, third-party tampering, improper use, or unauthorized repairs.

Water Resistance Disclaimer

At Costantini Watches, we guarantee that all modern timepieces with a declared water resistance rating are indeed water-resistant, as per the manufacturer's specifications at the time of sale. However, due to the nature of vintage watches, we cannot guarantee their water resistance, regardless of any original manufacturer specifications.

For this reason, we do not include water resistance details in the descriptions of vintage watches. We strongly advise customers to exercise caution when exposing vintage timepieces to water, as seals, gaskets, and structural integrity may degrade over time. If water resistance is a concern, we recommend professional testing and servicing before exposure to moisture.

Right of Withdrawal

  • Customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, except for personalized products.
  • Returns are at the Customer’s expense, and refunds will be issued within 14 days of return acceptance.

 

Retention of Ownership

Products remain the property of CC TIME until full payment is received.

 

Dispute Resolution

  • Jurisdiction for consumers: Customer’s residence.
  • Jurisdiction for non-consumers: Rome.
  • Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is available.
